Instructions for Use:

• Step 1: Ensure your derma roller has been sanitised before and after use. You can do this by soaking it in a sterile solution.
• Step 2: On clean skin/scalp, use mild pressure to roll the derma roller back and forth with the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times.
• Step 3: Do not force the roller into your skin and repeat this action in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically, and diagonally.
• Step 4: Now apply your regular skin care products. For best results follow up with the LISH LDN hair mask treatment.

Avoid glycolic acid retinols, vitamin C Serums or any alcohol-based toners for 2-3 days after using your derma roller. Tip: Use the derma roller 1-2 times a week, usage can be built up over time.
