Due to the limited nature of our products and for hygiene, operational, and brand protection reasons, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items purchased through our website.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, sizing guidance, and order details carefully before completing a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your order number and supporting images where applicable. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect customer selection.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
  • Items reported as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered.
  • Any unauthorised returns sent to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or processed.

Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law in relation to goods that are proven to be faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
