Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update within Royal Mail’s system.

This service provides:

  • Delivery within 3 working days from dispatch
  • Full tracking from our warehouse to your doorstep
  • Delivery confirmation scans for peace of mind

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed during busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.) may experience slight delays.
  • Orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us regarding a delay, as Royal Mail may experience occasional interruptions.

Address Changes

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only make changes before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to adjust or redirect the parcel.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

All orders include full tracking, and Royal Mail provides delivery confirmation scans when a parcel is delivered.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check safe places, neighbours, and your local Royal Mail delivery office.
  • If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.

Please note:
We are unable to issue refunds for any orders that Royal Mail marks as successfully delivered, or for parcels that Royal Mail classifies as lost.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected from Royal Mail after attempted delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide to selected destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to see if shipping can be arranged.
