Where are LISH LDN products made?
We hand craft our skincare in small batches in Scotland to ensure freshness, quality and care in every product. Each formula is professionally safety assessed, registered with OPSS in line with UK cosmetic regulations and manufactured following GMP guidelines.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every order includes full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24h to update within Royal Mail's system.
What if my order is delayed?
Royal Mail may occasionally experience delays, especially during peak seasons. Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my parcel - what should I do?
Please check:
- Safe places around your property
- With neighbours
- Your local Royal Mail collection office
What happens if my parcel is lost?
We will investigate the issue with Royal Mail on your behalf. However, we cannot issue refunds for orders Royal Mail marks as delivered or classifies lost, though we will support you through their investigation process as much as possible.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide to selected destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to see if shipping can be arranged.
